Most agencies quote the ROAS in Ads Manager. Every figure here follows four rules instead.
Revenue from your records
Revenue comes from the client's CRM, Shopify or bank deposits, never from what an ad platform claims it drove.
Only traceable sales count
A sale counts toward ROAS only when it traces back to an ad. Walk-ins, repeat guests and untagged leads are left out, even when that makes the number smaller.
Spend from the ad accounts
Spend, impressions and clicks come straight from Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, for the exact period reported.
Client names withheld
Every client is anonymised. The numbers are real; the brand names stay private.
