Marjan Al Afiya Trading & Contracting LLC is a fire alarm, fire fighting, HVAC and MEP contractor headquartered in Sur, Oman, working with names like PDO, Oman LNG and OETC since 2015. They needed a corporate website that wins tenders and a content system their own team could update. I built both.
01 — THE BRIEF
- Look as credible online as they are on site: an EPC-grade corporate presence for oil & gas, power and infrastructure buyers
- Present 14 service lines and a growing project portfolio, all editable without a developer
- Generate quote requests and job applications directly from the site
- Make the site discoverable for fire protection and MEP searches in Oman
02 — WHAT I BUILT
A Corporate Website With A Full Cms
- A public site with dedicated sections for About, Services, Projects, Industries, Gallery, Certificates, News, Careers and Contact
- 14 service pages, each with its own photography taken from the company's real work
- A projects module seeded with 11 real projects, including PDO camps, Sur IPP, Sohar IPP, Oman LNG and a Duqm substation
- A role-based admin panel to manage services, projects, news, gallery, careers, enquiries and SEO metadata
- Quote request, contact, newsletter and careers flows, plus a WhatsApp chat button
- A separate API (Express, Prisma, PostgreSQL) with secure token authentication, kept off the public internet behind the website
03 — QUALITY DETAILS
- All content rebuilt from the company's own profile, including the logo, extracted from their brochure and restored as a clean asset
- Placeholder testimonials and certifications removed rather than invented, so every claim on the site is real
- Images sized correctly for every screen, a preloaded hero, and a mobile layout audited on real devices
04 — WHY IT MATTERS
For an industrial contractor, the website is often the first thing a procurement team checks. Marjan now has a site that matches the scale of its work, and the tools to keep it current.
